What this site knows about you, in plain English.

Who's responsible

This site is run by Digital Artizans Ltd (Company No. 16550910, England & Wales) — that's me, Andrei Achim. For anything about your data, email andrei@andreiachim.com and a person, not a process, answers.

What I collect, and why

• Booking a session — your name, email and what you want to fix. Used to run the session and nothing else: it goes into my database, and a calendar invite reaches you through Google Calendar. Payment is by bank transfer, so no card details ever touch this site.
• The checklist forms — your email and which checklist you asked for (the six rules, the five gates). Used to send you that thing. You're not added to a newsletter unless you ask to be.
• Meta pixel — only if you accept the cookie banner. It tells me which pages bring people here and lets me measure ads. Decline and it never loads, never sets a cookie, and the site works exactly the same.
• Server logs — the hosting platform (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs to keep the site running.

Cookies

• da_consent — remembers your cookie choice. Essential, first-party, no tracking.
• da_projects — only set if you sign in to the private workspace. Essential.
• Meta pixel cookies (e.g. _fbp) — set only after you accept the banner.

Who else touches the data

Nothing is sold, rented or swapped. The processors that make the site work: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google (calendar invites and email), and Meta (the pixel — only after you consent).

How long I keep it

Booking details and checklist emails are kept while they're needed for the thing you asked for. Want something gone sooner? One email and it's deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold on you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — UK GDPR gives you those rights and I honour them by hand, quickly. Email andrei@andreiachim.com. If you're unhappy with an answer, the ICO is the UK regulator.
