Start saving the hours your business loses every week.

Tell me the job that's eating your team's time. I come in — in person across London, or over a call anywhere — sit with you and the people doing the work, and build a real AI fix on your own tools. In about a week to ten days I show you what it saves, in hours and in pounds. Keep it and it's yours. Don't want it, we shake hands. You see the saving before you spend anything.

How The Time-Back Build works

Your biggest time-drain, fixed on your own tools.

No slides, no theory. You pick the one job costing you the most. I sit with your team, build the fix, and bring it back with the saving in black and white — the same way I built Renewal's morning system with Beni.

01
We talk — you tell me the goal.
A short call with you, the owner. Not a pitch. What do you actually want to change — more capacity, fewer dropped jobs, less admin at night?
02
I come in and absorb it.
In your space, in person (London) or over a call. Quick intro to your team, then I watch the real work and find where time and money leak.
03
I build the fix.
Back at my desk I build a real solution on your actual tools — a workflow, an agent, a system or a small app. Sensitive data (clinics especially) runs on safe dummy/sandbox data, boundaries agreed up front.
04
We stay in touch.
Frequent check-ins through the build so you’re never in the dark and there are no surprises at the end.
05
I present it back — with the number.
In about a week to ten days I show it running on your real problem: this saves you X hours a week, about £Y a month.
06
You decide.
Want it live and yours? I implement it and hand it over — that’s where you pay. Not for you? We shake hands and nothing’s handed over.

This isn't free work — it's a real solution to your real problem. You experience the saving before you spend a penny.

Why good SMEs stall in 2026

You're not short on demand. You're short on hours.

Every new client adds admin, and the only lever you've got is hiring. There's a better one.

Your evenings belong to admin
Quotes, invoices, chasing, reports. The work that starts at 7pm, after the real work ends.
Every win costs a salary
More clients means more admin, and the only lever you’ve had is hiring. Payroll climbs. Margin doesn’t.
The tools didn’t stick
A subscription here, a course there. Monday morning still feels the same.
“Use AI” is not a plan
You’ve heard it a hundred times. What’s missing is someone pointing at your business and saying: start with these 3 jobs, here’s what each is worth.

The next hire, or the system that's already trained.

A junior admin hire in the UK runs £30k+ a year. Add NI, pension, holidays, sick days and the 3 months it takes them to learn your business. Then add it again next year.

An AI system is built once. It answers the enquiry at 9pm, chases the invoice on day 14 and writes the progress update every Friday. It doesn't hand in its notice, and you own it outright.

10 hours of admin a week at £50/hour is £26,000 a year. That's the number we measure every build against.

Step 1 — A new enquiry lands

An enquiry comes in. The clock starts.

New Checkatrade enquiry09:14Unread
Sarah · prospective client
“Hi, found you on Checkatrade. We’re after a full refurb of our kitchen and main bathroom in a 2-bed flat in Clapham. Kitchen’s about 12 sqm — new units, worktops and flooring. Bathroom is a full re-fit, new suite and tiling. Hoping to start next month. Can you put a quote together?”

Normally this sits in the inbox until the evening. Tonight it gets answered in seconds.

Step 2 — The AI reads it

It pulls out the job, no typing.

Step 3 — Scope of work, written for you

A clear scope, ready to price.

Strip out existing kitchen & bathroom, dispose of waste
Kitchen: supply & fit units, worktop, splashback, LVT flooring
Kitchen: plumbing & electrical first and second fix
Bathroom: new suite, full-height tiling, extractor, tanking
Plastering, making good, full decoration throughout
Waste removal, skips and professional final clean
Step 4 — What moves the price

The variables it flags first, before pricing.

!Condition of existing walls — do they need replastering?
!How level the walls and floors actually are
!Any gas pipe or electrical alterations required
!Tile type, grade and layout being installed
!Condition of the subfloor under the units
!Worktop material (laminate vs stone)
Add the building plan or a few photos and the estimate tightens.
More detail in, more accurate the guide out.

For builders, refurbishment and renovation firms. Most lose 10–20 hours a week to admin and project tracking — roughly £500–£1,000 a week in time. Here’s what that time goes on, and what it looks like once it’s handled for you.

The outcome

What changes when we work together.

Not theory — what actually shifts in the business once the repetitive work is off your team's plate.

Grow without growing payroll
Handle more clients on the same team. The next win doesn’t need the next hire.
Most requested

Every system is measured against a baseline. You see exactly what it saved in hours and pounds.
You finally know where AI fits
A ranked plan of what to automate, what to leave alone, and in what order — built around your actual workflows.

Proof · it's already running

This is exactly how The Time-Back Build works. I sat with Beni, absorbed how Renewal actually ran, and built this on their real systems. It's why I now offer it to every business the same way.

Renewal Constructions Inc.
Construction · Deployed

An AI system that reads the business every morning

Renewal Constructions Inc. were losing hours every day to manual review across email, notes and files. Finance, admin and projects all needed checking — and things still slipped through.

Hours of daily review → about ten minutes, live in weeks rather than quarters.

Problem
Hours of manual daily review across three systems. No single view of what needs attention today.
Build
A morning system that reads email, OneNote and Drive, then reports exactly what needs action. Receipts auto-logged. Microsoft had no native bridge to the AI, so I coded one.
Result
What took hours now takes about ten minutes. Nothing gets missed.

“It just reads everything every morning and tells me what needs me — across finance, admin and projects.”

The method

The Workflow-First Method

Five steps, every engagement. I start with your real work — not the tech — find what's actually leaking time and money, and only then bring AI to it. No surprises, no scope creep.

01
Absorb
I sit with each department and watch the real work — where time and money actually leak.
02
Diagnose
I score every workflow on pain, frequency, AI-fit and measurability. Only the top few make the cut.
03
Plan
A written AI plan: what to automate, what to assist, what to leave alone — a number on each.
04
Build it live
I build your top problem on your tools and present it back with the saving. You see the result before any money changes hands.
05
Roll out
Keep it, and we build the rest over a focused sprint, then across the business.

The guarantee

We build until it lands.

Every build gets a target before it starts. Hours saved, response time, quotes out the door: we agree the number up front, in writing.

If the system misses it, I keep working on my own time until it hits. You don't pay for my misses.

And if the first session shows AI won't pay for itself in your business, I'll tell you that too. We shake hands, and you've lost nothing.

Pricing · the stages

See the saving first. Pay only when it works.

No big-bang contract. See it work on your own problem, then build from there — stop at any stage.

Stage 1 — The Sprint

The 2-Week Build Sprint

£3,500fixed · ~2 weeks

Hire me personally to build the fix into your business properly, and tackle the next one or two problems.

Before/after measured against the baseline — the number
Full handover: you own everything, no lock-in
Backed by “we build until it lands”
Stage 2 — The Partner

Fractional Partner

£1,000per day · as you need

A standing partner, not a full-time hire. Book days as you need them.

New workflows shipped as you grow; existing ones maintained
Strategy and hands-on — one person who knows your business
Department-by-department adoption and training

The first session is always free to see. Third-party tool costs (if any) are billed separately, at cost.

The honest comparison

Carry on as you are, or fix it once.

You already know what carrying on looks like: another salary every time you grow, more people to manage, and the same 7pm admin pile.

Fixing it once looks like this: the top 3 time-eaters in your business handled by systems you own, measured against a baseline we set together, run by the team you already have.

One of these compounds in your favour.

Why me

You work with me directly.

I'm not an agency reselling junior time, and I'm not a tool vendor. Twelve years running planning, activation and operations on some of the most demanding accounts in the country — Estée Lauder, MAC, Tom Ford, Lloyds, Santander, NEXT and George at Asda, inside Publicis, Dentsu and Assembly. I've spent that career turning chaotic accounts into ones that actually run.

Now I do the same with AI for owner-led businesses — full operating systems for clients like Renewal Constructions: context files, custom integrations, daily workflows. The kind of thing most “AI consultants” only talk about.

Questions

What owners ask before booking.

Is it really free?+

You see the whole thing — the fix built on your real problem and exactly what it saves — at no cost. You only pay if you want it live and yours. If it’s not for you, we shake hands, no invoice.

What do you mean “nothing is handed over”?+

During the build you see it work, but I don’t leave the system or accounts with you until you’re a client. You buy with your eyes open, not on a promise.

In person or remote?+

Both. In person across London, screen-share anywhere else — including overseas. Same method.

How is it so fast?+

I don’t start from scratch — I bring pre-built templates and adapt them to your tools. That’s why it’s real, not a mock-up, and still quick.

What does “we build until it lands” mean in practice?+

Each system has a written target we agree before the build. Under target, I keep working at no charge until it’s hit. It’s in the agreement, and it’s why I only build what will pay.

My data is sensitive (patients/clients).+

We run on realistic dummy or sandbox data and agree exactly what AI can and can’t touch before anything connects. I’ve handled data for banks and global brands.

Will my data be safe?+

I’ve run accounts for Lloyds, Santander and Estée Lauder, where data handling is audited, contractual and non-negotiable. Before anything is built we agree exactly what AI can touch, and every account and key stays in your name.

What about tool costs?+

Billed at cost, no markup. Usually £20–£50 a month per system. You’ll see the estimate before anything is built.

Who actually does the work?+

Me. Every session, every build, every training session. There’s no junior bench to be handed to.
