Missed-call recovery · built for Supply Drive

The missed call that qualifies itself.

A customer rings about their next car. Nobody can pick up. Watch the next 60 seconds — answered, qualified, matched against stock and booked in, with the lead card landing on Richie's board and a calendar invite going to both parties.

Plays out on its own — or jump in and text Richie back yourself
It reads the reply and picks the road: match live stock, open a sourcing brief, or — if you just want a person — book the call. Type your reply to keep it moving.

No recovered lead yet. Play the conversation — the card lands the moment the call is booked.
Every caller who rings out dials the next broker. One recovered caller a month makes this system invisible on the P&L.

GoHighLevel fires the moment the line isn't answered. Auto-text goes out in 30–60 seconds, while they're still holding the phone.
Supply Drive · RichieHi, it's Richie at Supply Drive — sorry I missed your call just now. What car are you after? Drop it here in a line and I'll get you sorted.

Why signed by a name: a text from "Richie" gets answered; a text from "an automated system" gets ignored. The human is on the message from word one.

1
Discovery — read the reply, pick the road
The caller answers in their own words. This is the one step where AI earns its place: it reads free text and decides which of three roads the conversation takes.
CallerAfter a Range Rover Sport, something recent

Routing — one of three

A · In stock
Names a model Supply Drive holds or can match to live stock.
→ go to budget, then match
B · Custom sourcing
Specific spec, colour, or a car not in stock — a sourcing brief.
→ go to budget, then brief
C · "Just call me"
Doesn't want questions — wants a person.
→ skip to booking (stage 4)
2
Budget — the number that filters everything
Same question for routes A and B. It sets the stock match or the sourcing target.
RichieGood choice. Roughly what monthly are you working to — or are you buying outright?
CallerAround £1,200 a month
3
The split — match, or source
Now the two roads do different work. Both end in the same place: a reason to book the call.
Route A · In stock

Pull live stock at their budget

RichieGot two that fit that number. Here's what I can do:
Range Rover Sport D300 · 2023 · 12k mi£1,148/mo
Range Rover Sport P400 · 2022 · 19k mi£1,196/mo
RichieEither of these the one — or shall I chase the sharpest deal for you?

Two ways out, both to booking: "yes, that one" → confirm and book. "Best deal" → book so Richie can quote a real number.

Route B · Custom sourcing

Open the brief, capture the spec

RichieLeave the spec with me. Anything that matters — colour, max mileage, when you need it by?
CallerWhite, under 15k miles, by end of next month
RichiePerfect — that's enough to go hunting. I'll come back with real options. Quickest way is a short call so I've got the full picture.

No fake stock: route B never invents cars. It captures the brief and routes straight to the call.

Both roads merge → book the call
4
Booking — a named person, real slots
Slots are pulled live from Richie's calendar, so nothing offered is already taken. The name makes it feel like a person, not a form.
RichieI'll call you myself. Pick whatever suits and I'll lock it in:
Tue 22 Jul
2:30pm
Tue 22 Jul
4:00pm
Wed 23 Jul
10:15am

Then confirm the details: number is already known from the missed call — the system confirms it rather than asking again, and grabs a first name if it doesn't have one.

Caller4pm tomorrow works. It's James
5
Confirm — invite out, reminder set
One clean confirmation. Calendar invite to both parties with the phone number on it, and a nudge an hour before so neither side forgets.
RichieDone, James — you're in for tomorrow, 4:00pm. I'll ring you on 07…882. Sending a calendar invite now, and I'll give you a nudge an hour before.

Fires automatically: .ics invite → Google & Apple calendars (with the number on the event) · SMS reminder scheduled T-1h · lead card written to the dashboard.

6
Recorded — the card lands on the board
Everything the conversation captured, in one card, the second the slot is picked. Richie walks into the call already knowing the story.

How it plugs in

Built inside what you already pay for.

Your whole site runs on GoHighLevel. The flow — missed-call trigger, SMS conversation, booking, pipeline — lives there too. AI reads replies only where reasoning is actually needed.

Missed-call trigger · 30–60s
AI reads free-text replies
Stock-matched options
Home-delivery upsell
.ics invite · Google & Apple
Lead card + instant notification
V1 · ships first

Working day one.

Conversation, qualification, lead capture and booking, live from the start. The options step routes to you — car + budget land on your phone the second they're captured, and you reply with options yourself.

V2 · once the data's clean

The matching goes automatic.

The system checks your live stock and sends 2–3 options itself, like the simulation above. No re-typing, no delay, 24/7. The one unknown: how your car database is stored today — spreadsheet, GHL custom objects, or an external system.

And when it doesn't go to script
No reply after SMS 1

One gentle nudge at the 1-hour mark, then it parks the lead — no pestering.

"Just call me"

Fast-tracks straight to booking a callback — no qualifying questions in the way.

Out of hours

Same flow, offering next-day slots so nobody waits until you reopen.

The other half of the same list
And the enquiries that already went quiet?

Missed calls catch the new ones. You're also sitting on hundreds who enquired months ago and never bought — a list you already paid for. This is the follow-up that wakes it back up, in your name.

Pick the one job you'd love to never do again.

Tell me your worst workflow. I'll build the fix on your own tools — in person across London or over a call — and show you what it saves before you spend anything. Keep it, and it's yours.
